OUR SERVICESIrrigation Planning for green facades, Project Phases 3, 5-8
On the former Kirschgelände in the Munich district of Allach-Untermenzing, a new school complex is being built, featuring a three-track elementary school, a childcare center, a cafeteria, a triple-purpose sports hall, and an underground parking garage. The buildings will feature a vibrant, vegetated facade, for which CityArc is handling the irrigation planning and overseeing the project from the design phase through to construction management. The precisely calibrated irrigation system for the trough-based greenery ensures sustainable, vigorous growth on the facade—which will thus become a welcoming green feature in the school environment over the long term.
