The topic of green roofs is complex: it combines ecological considerations with planning, technical and economic requirements. Through our programme of events, we offer practical and technically sound knowledge transfer of the highest standard.

We cater to architects and planners, construction and property companies, local authorities, gardening and landscaping firms, as well as students and trainees in the sector, and all interested professionals. Our events are suitable, for example, for conferences, training courses and seminars, as a supporting programme for corporate events and trade fairs, and also as a standalone professional development programme.

Excursions
We offer guided tours of completed greening projects in the Freiburg, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart areas, in two formats:
Flagship projects: We can organise a behind-the-scenes tour of selected flagship projects such as the Kö-Bogen II in Düsseldorf, the Calwer Passage in Stuttgart or the Green Building in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Our experts will guide you around the sites, explain the background to the planning, implementation and operation of these projects, and will be on hand to answer any questions.
Citytour: Join a guided tour to discover a wide range of inspiring approaches to greening buildings and cities, and learn about the details and background of sustainable urban development, different forms of greening and green architecture.
Specialist presentations
We offer specialist presentations covering all aspects of green roofs, ranging from the contribution of green roofs to climate-resilient cities, through to planning principles, cost-effectiveness and implementation, right through to maintenance and quality assurance.
Drawing on examples of successful flagship projects, our speakers provide practical knowledge for everyone involved, from the initial planning stage right through to day-to-day operations.
