Building W11, another complex of the Wohlgelegen Future Park in Heilbronn, was completed in June last year. This new building will now house the public center of the \u201cInnovation Park Artificial Intelligence - IPAI\u201d. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and now offers visitors, companies and interest groups around 6,000 square meters of space to experience the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) in a variety of ways and develop it further together.<\/p>

It was important to the founders of the IPAI that the implementation and further development of artificial intelligence takes place primarily within an ethically responsible framework and approach.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

This attitude is also reflected in the building's construction and fa\u00e7ade. The building complex was designed with a particular focus on sustainability, efficiency and environmental compatibility. The use of ecological materials and resource-conserving construction methods ensure that the building blends harmoniously into its surroundings.<\/p>

Another key design element is the green exterior fa\u00e7ade, which further emphasizes the sustainable orientation of the IPAI. The Living Walls, which have been integrated both at the outer corners of the building and over a large area in the middle of the building, not only create striking green accents, but also offer numerous microbiological benefits. They help to improve the microclimate, filter pollutants from the air and support biodiversity in the surrounding urban space.<\/p>

As part of the planning, CityArc took over the work and assembly planning for the supporting structure of the green fa\u00e7ade as well as the planting planning and thus made a decisive contribution to the successful implementation of this forward-looking architectural concept.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Work and assembly planning: <\/b><\/span>As part of this service phase, the existing planning from the design and execution planning was implemented on a product-specific basis and thus made feasible. This included drawing up precise construction plans and defining the technical processes for assembly.<\/p>

Particular attention was paid to the selection of suitable materials and fastening systems that would meet the structural and building physics requirements. Structured and forward-looking planning ensured that all construction elements were installed efficiently and safely and that the fa\u00e7ade greening remained functional and aesthetically pleasing in the long term.<\/p>

Planting planning: <\/b>Both evergreen and seasonal flowering plants were integrated into the Living Walls so that the building shines in a natural blaze of color all year round. This combination provides lively color accents in spring and summer and remains interesting and appealing to the viewer even in winter. The fresh green shade of the plants forms a beautiful contrast to the neutral white wall color and emphasizes the architecture of the building, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. In addition, the diverse selection of plants creates a new habitat for numerous insects and birds, making a valuable contribution to promoting biodiversity in the city of Heilbronn.<\/p>

Dieser Neubau wird ab sofort das \u00f6ffentliche Zentrum des \u201eInnovation Park Artificial Intelligence \u2013 IPAI\u201c beherbergen. Der Campus ist mit modernsten Mitteln ausgestattet und bietet nun Besucherinnen und Besuchern, Firmen und Interessensgruppen auf rund 6.000 Quadratmetern die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Thema der K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz (KI) auf vielschichtige Weise zu erfahren und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln. Wichtig war den Gr\u00fcndern des IPAI, dass die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz vornehmlich in einem ethisch verantwortungsvollen Rahmen und Umgang geschieht. Diese Einstellung spiegelt auch das Geb\u00e4ude in seiner Bauweise und Fassade wider. Der Geb\u00e4udekomplex wurde mit besonderem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Effizienz und Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeit konzipiert. Durch die Verwendung \u00f6kologischer Materialien und eine ressourcenschonende Bauweise f\u00fcgt sich das Bauwerk harmonisch in die Umgebung ein. Ein wesentliches Gestaltungselement ist zudem die begr\u00fcnte Au\u00dfenfassade, die die nachhaltige Ausrichtung des IPAI zus\u00e4tzlich unterstreicht. Die Living Walls, die sowohl an den \u00e4u\u00dferen Hausecken als auch gro\u00dffl\u00e4chig in der Mitte des Geb\u00e4udes integriert wurden, setzen nicht nur markante gr\u00fcne Akzente, sondern bieten auch zahlreiche mikrobiologische Vorteile. Sie tragen zur Verbesserung des Mikroklimas bei, filtern Schadstoffe aus der Luft und unterst\u00fctzen die Biodiversit\u00e4t im umgebenden urbanen Raum. CityArc \u00fcbernahm im Rahmen der Planung die Werk- und Montageplanung f\u00fcr die Tragkonstruktion der Gr\u00fcnfassade sowie die Pflanzplanung und leistete damit einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung dieses zukunftsweisenden Architekturkonzepts. Werk- und Montageplanung: Im Rahmen dieser Leistungsphase wurde die bestehende Planung aus Entwurf und Ausf\u00fchrungsplanung produktspezifisch umgesetzt und somit realisierbar gemacht. Dies umfasste die Ausarbeitung pr\u00e4ziser Konstruktionspl\u00e4ne sowie die Definition der technischen Abl\u00e4ufe f\u00fcr die Montage. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf der Auswahl geeigneter Materialien und Befestigungssysteme, die den statischen und bauphysikalischen Anforderungen gerecht werden. Durch eine strukturierte und vorausschauende Planung konnte gew\u00e4hrleistet werden, dass alle Bauelemente effizient und sicher montiert werden und die Fassadenbegr\u00fcnung langfristig funktional und \u00e4sthetisch erhalten bleibt. Pflanzplanung: Damit das Geb\u00e4ude das ganze Jahr \u00fcber in einer nat\u00fcrlichen Farbenpracht erstrahlt, wurden sowohl immergr\u00fcne als auch saisonal bl\u00fchende Pflanzen in die Living Walls integriert. Diese Kombination sorgt f\u00fcr lebendige Farbakzente im Fr\u00fchling und Sommer und bleibt auch im Winter f\u00fcr den Betrachter interessant und ansprechend. Der frische Gr\u00fcnton der Pflanzen bildet einen sch\u00f6nen Kontrast zur neutralen wei\u00dfen Wandfarbe und betont die Architektur des Geb\u00e4udes, wodurch eine harmonische und einladende Atmosph\u00e4re entsteht.
