An innovative smart mobility hub is being built in place of a former parking garage. This new parking garage is more than just a place to park; it will become a multifunctional hub for sustainable mobility, equipped with e-charging stations, a bicycle garage and repair stations.<\/p>

The building consists of a continuous main body and two separate superstructures that extend up to the 7th floor. One part of the building serves exclusively as a parking area, while the other houses a restaurant and offices.<\/p>

The fa\u00e7ade of the park area is extensively greened. Climbing plants grow on trellises and nets, which are distributed irregularly and thus act as a natural design element of the fa\u00e7ade. Between these climbing aids, perennials and grasses grow from continuous troughs, reinforcing the character of the lively, species-rich and varied green fa\u00e7ade alongside the climbing plants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Particularly noteworthy is the spacious and publicly accessible roof garden between the two parts of the building, above the second floor, which is also used as an outdoor area for the restaurant. This roof garden offers large planting areas with lush vegetation and creates an inviting atmosphere.<\/p>

As a special highlight, a total of five floating climbing columns up to approx. 10 m high are planned on the roof area, which are stretched with ropes between the building sections. Climbing plants will climb up these cable structures, creating a unique, lively and green roof.<\/p>

There is also a play area integrated into the fa\u00e7ade of the parking garage. Here there is a bouldering wall and a sand play area, which attract both adults and children. Smart Mobility Hub Stuttgart AUFTRAGGEBERBreuninger ORTStuttgart ARCHITEKTURhaas cook zemmrich UNSERE LEISTUNGPlanung Geb\u00e4udebegr\u00fcnung und Regenwassermanagement, LPH 3-6 in Kooperation mit Green4Cities GmbH Anstelle eines ehemaligen Parkhauses entsteht ein innovativer Smart Mobility Hub. Dieses neue Parkhaus ist mehr als nur ein Ort zum Parken; es wird zu einem multifunktionalen Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t, ausgestattet mit E-Ladestationen, einer Fahrradgarage und Reparaturstationen. Das Geb\u00e4ude besteht aus einem durchgehenden Hauptk\u00f6rper und zwei voneinander getrennten Aufbauten, die bis in die 7. Etage reichen. Ein Teil des Geb\u00e4udes dient ausschlie\u00dflich als Parkfl\u00e4che, w\u00e4hrend der andere Teil ein Restaurant und B\u00fcror\u00e4ume beherbergt. Die Fassade des Parkbereichs wird umfangreich begr\u00fcnt. An Rankgittern und Netzen wachsen Kletterpflanzen empor, die unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt sind und so als nat\u00fcrliches Gestaltungselement der Fassade fungieren. Zwischen diesen Rankhilfen wachsen Stauden und Gr\u00e4ser aus durchgehenden Tr\u00f6gen, was den Charakter der lebendigen, arten- und abwechslungsreichen gr\u00fcnen Fassade neben den Kletterpflanzen st\u00e4rkt. Besonders bemerkenswert ist der zwischen den beiden Geb\u00e4udeteilen, oberhalb des 1. Obergeschosses, gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige und \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4ngliche Dachgarten, der auch als Au\u00dfenbereich f\u00fcr die Gastronomie genutzt wird. Dieser Dachgarten bietet gro\u00dfe Pflanzfl\u00e4chen mit \u00fcppiger Bepflanzung und schafft eine einladende Atmosph\u00e4re. Als besonderes Highlight sind auf der Dachfl\u00e4che insgesamt f\u00fcnf schwebende Ranks\u00e4ulen mit bis zu ca. 10 m H\u00f6he eingeplant, welche mit Seilen zwischen den Geb\u00e4udeteilen gespannt sind. An diesen Seilkonstruktionen werden Kletterpflanzen emporranken, was f\u00fcr eine einzigartige, lebendige und gr\u00fcne \u00dcberdachung sorgt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es einen Spielbereich, der an der Geb\u00e4udefassade des Parkhauses integriert ist. Hier finden sich eine Boulderwand und ein Sandspielbereich, welche sowohl Erwachsene als auch Kinder anziehen.
